Who I Am

I am Nolan A. Notarte, a Licensed Professional Teacher and IT professional with over a decade of experience bridging the gap between technology and education.

Currently serving as Instructional Technology Coordinator and Subject Area Coordinator for TLE at Lourdes School of Mandaluyong, I design and implement technology-driven learning solutions that empower both students and educators.

My background spans electronics, robotics, network administration, biomedical equipment, and full-stack web development — giving me a uniquely versatile perspective in both the classroom and the server room.

On the development side, I build custom web apps and systems using technologies like PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks. I develop school management systems, portals, booking systems, and AI-integrated web applications — from database design and back-end logic to front-end UI. I also integrate AI APIs (OpenAI) into web apps to deliver smart, automated features for real-world use cases.

I hold a Master of Arts in Education (MAED-LM) from Saint Paul University Manila, and a BS in Industrial Education (Electronics Technology) from TUP Manila.
